THE GARAGE

In 2021, K11 Shanghai started The Garage project to renovate the parking space on the 6th floor, with two main aims: to offer people interactive new experiences and to create a hub for all the young talents and creatives. After its opening on October 2021, it soon became one of Shanghai's most famouse underground clubs and creative hubs.

I worked as the brand strategist and project manager, overseeing the project from design concept to project completion, managing the delivery of the project within the targeted budget and timeline.
