THE GARAGE

In 2021, K11 Shanghai started The Garage project to renovate the parking space on the 6th floor, with two main aims: to offer people interactive new experiences and to create a hub for all the young talents and creatives. After its opening on October 2021, it soon became one of Shanghai's most famouse underground clubs and creative hubs.

Siwei was the brand strategist and project manager, overseeing the project from design concept to project completion, managing the delivery of the project within the targeted budget and timeline.
