掺掺槟城 CHAM CHAM PENANG
“掺掺”在闽南话里有混合、融合、mix and match 的意思，在马来西亚槟城，掺掺就是一整套世界观。《掺掺槟城》是一档在槟城散步的私人旅行指南，既推荐不错的小贩店家、街头美食，也聚焦这些食物如何在海洋与南洋之间往复流动。列举目的地，也列举我们在不同目的地之间的路上观察，分析何为“南洋”，也追踪华人移民在异乡的创造力与灵活性。秉承槟城的“掺掺”哲学，我们不提供一刀切的、“必打卡的”、“米其林”的行程信息，而奉上更为混杂、融合、多元的视角。
