TSHÁ
TSHÁ is a content brand that gathers, documents, and shares the food stories of diaspora communities. Embracing a peripheral perspective, it challenges grand narratives by spotlighting the everyday experiences of individuals.
TSHÁ means ‘stir fry’ in the Hokkien language. Stir-fry is a quintessential Asian cooking method that involves the deconstruction, blending, and collision of ingredients—much like the everyday life of the diaspora, which entails deconstructing one’s past and memories and reassembling them into a cross-cultural collage with the present.
