掺掺槟城 CHAM CHAM PENANG
“掺掺”在闽南话里有混合、融合、mix and match 的意思,在马来西亚槟城,掺掺就是一整套世界观。《掺掺槟城》是一档在槟城散步的私人旅行指南,既推荐不错的小贩店家、街头美食,也聚焦这些食物如何在海洋与南洋之间往复流动。列举目的地,也列举我们在不同目的地之间的路上观察,分析何为“南洋”,也追踪华人移民在异乡的创造力与灵活性。秉承槟城的“掺掺”哲学,我们不提供一刀切的、“必打卡的”、“米其林”的行程信息,而奉上更为混杂、融合、多元的视角。
